Weddings at St. John's
 

FEES

Wedding fee (Sanctuary): $1,400.00 (Includes $200 facility deposit).
Wedding fee (Chapel): $650 (Includes $200 facility deposit).

 

FEE INCLUDES:
Church coordinator (required)
Use of sanctuary and dressing/waiting rooms for 2 1/2 hours on the day of the wedding ceremony and one hour for rehearsal

The above fee does not include musicians or clergy fees.

Clergy fees: $500 includes three or more one-hour sessions of marriage preparation, rehearsal, and ceremony (other than St. John's location: $550); $200 for marriage preparation only; $300 for ceremony only (because marriage preparation has been arranged elsewhere).

Organist/Pianist fee: $300. If the organist is requested to attend the rehearsal it is an additional $100. There is $100 deposit required to reserve to organist.

Soloist/Pianist fee: $300 for ceremony.

 

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES:
If a cancellation is made after confirmation, the security deposit and the facility deposit minus a pro-rated fee will be returned. If cancellation is made less than six months prior to the wedding date, only the security deposit of $250 will be returned. Requests for changes to the wedding or rehearsal times or dates must be made in writing to the church office and will be accommodated based on availability.
